We have disabled the ability to request a lost cpanel password from within cpanel. This is done to prevent hackers from changing your password if they get access to your account through an insecure plugin/script and change your contact email.
Instead of using cpanel, login to our client system at https://fansitehost.com/clients. Select the service you want to change your password for and update it.
